About this item

  • A clever little tool used on any of the projects tubes to both clean out any excess glue and to square up the ends of the barrel. An essential accessory for anyone who is seriously into the pen making business.
  • This pen barrel trimmer set includes (1) 3/4" M2 steel cutter, (1) 7mm pilot shaft, (1) 8mm pilot shaft, (1) 3/8" pilot shaft, (1) 10mm pilot shaft, (1) allen wrench, (1) sleeve adapter.
  • The pilot shafts contain the diameter of 7mm, 8mm, 3/8mm,10mm. The cutting head is made by high-hardness M2 HSS material, measuring about 19 mm in external diameter and 6mm in inner diameter.
  • The shafts are suitable for mounting into a drill chuck, lathe chuck, drill press or hand drill.
  • The cutting shafts can easily clean and remove the extra glue, bits of wood, impurities from the tubes and make the tube cut flatter.
