Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the product listing, manufacturer instructions, warnings, specifications, and applicable laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by TinyRacer are intended for hobby or recreational use and are not designed for use in:

  • Full-size vehicles

  • Aircraft carrying people

  • Medical equipment

  • Emergency systems

  • Life-support systems

  • Public-road transportation

  • Industrial safety systems

  • Any application where failure could create an unreasonable risk of serious injury, death, or substantial property damage

4. RC Product Safety

RC vehicles and components may move at high speeds, contain small parts, generate heat, rotate rapidly, or create impact, fire, electrical, chemical, and mechanical hazards.

Customers must:

  • Read and follow all manufacturer instructions

  • Observe stated age recommendations

  • Use appropriate adult supervision

  • Operate RC vehicles in safe and permitted locations

  • Keep people, animals, vehicles, and property clear of moving products

  • Inspect products before use

  • Stop using products that appear damaged or unsafe

  • Wear appropriate protective equipment where necessary

  • Keep small parts away from children and pets

  • Follow applicable local laws and facility rules

RC vehicles should not be operated on public roads, near traffic, crowds, airports, emergency operations, restricted areas, or locations where use is prohibited or unsafe.

TinyRacer is not responsible for unsafe, unlawful, reckless, competitive, modified, or unintended product use to the extent permitted by law.

5. Batteries, Chargers, and Electronic Components

Rechargeable batteries, chargers, motors, electronic speed controllers, receivers, servos, wiring, and related electronic products must be used only with compatible equipment and according to manufacturer instructions.

You are responsible for confirming:

  • Battery chemistry

  • Cell count

  • Voltage

  • Capacity

  • Discharge rating

  • Connector type

  • Charger compatibility

  • Motor and ESC limits

  • Wiring polarity

  • Product dimensions

  • Installation requirements

Never use a battery, charger, or electronic component that is swollen, punctured, leaking, crushed, unusually hot, wet, visibly damaged, or otherwise unsafe.

Do not:

  • Leave batteries charging unattended

  • Charge batteries on or near combustible materials

  • Use an incompatible charger or charging mode

  • Exceed manufacturer voltage or current limits

  • Short-circuit battery terminals

  • Modify battery cells or protective wrapping

  • Charge or use a damaged battery

  • Dispose of batteries in ordinary household waste where prohibited

  • Allow children to charge batteries without qualified adult supervision

Immediately stop using a product if it emits smoke, sparks, excessive heat, unusual odors, or other signs of failure.

TinyRacer does not provide professional electrical, engineering, battery-management, or fire-safety services. Product support information does not replace the manufacturer’s instructions or qualified technical assistance.

6. Product Compatibility

RC vehicle parts may differ according to:

  • Brand

  • Model

  • Production version

  • Scale

  • Dimensions

  • Mounting pattern

  • Gear pitch

  • Shaft diameter

  • Connector type

  • Voltage

  • Battery chemistry

  • Electronic specifications

  • Existing modifications

A scale description such as 1/10, 1/18, or 1/24 does not, by itself, guarantee compatibility with every vehicle of that scale.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product title and description

  • Measurements and specifications

  • Compatibility information

  • Part numbers

  • Connector and voltage requirements

  • Photographs

  • Manufacturer documentation

  • Your vehicle’s current configuration

Compatibility assistance from TinyRacer is based on information supplied by the customer and product information available to us. It does not guarantee compatibility when information is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or affected by aftermarket modifications.

TinyRacer is not responsible for damage caused by installing or using an incompatible component to the extent permitted by law.

7. Accuracy of Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product titles, descriptions, photographs, measurements, specifications, compatibility information, availability, and prices accurately.

However:

  • Product photographs may be illustrative

  • Colors may appear differently depending on the screen or device

  • Packaging may change

  • Manufacturers may update specifications or designs

  • Measurements may include reasonable tolerances

  • Minor cosmetic differences may occur

  • Product information supplied by manufacturers or distributors may be incomplete or updated

You should not rely solely on photographs when compatibility, dimensions, voltage, connector type, or technical specifications are important.

Nothing in this section limits your rights when a product is materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, defective, or otherwise subject to a legal remedy.

8. Product Images and Colors

We attempt to display product images and colors as accurately as reasonably possible.

We cannot guarantee that a computer monitor, mobile device, browser, display setting, lighting condition, or photograph will reproduce the exact physical color of a product.

Minor color, finish, packaging, labeling, or design variations that do not materially change the product’s identity or functionality may not constitute a defect.

Materially different products remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Brands and Compatibility References

TinyRacer may refer to third-party brands, models, product names, part numbers, and trademarks to describe product compatibility or intended use.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and product identifiers belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • TinyRacer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with those third-party brand owners

  • Compatibility references are provided only to identify the intended or possible use of a product

  • The presence of a third-party trademark does not mean that the product was manufactured or approved by the trademark owner

Customers must independently verify compatibility before purchase and installation.

10. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

Adding a product to a shopping cart, wishlist, or account does not reserve inventory.

After an order is placed, a product may become unavailable because of:

  • Inventory changes

  • Supplier availability

  • Listing errors

  • Product discontinuation

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Safety concerns

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Fulfillment limitations

If an item cannot be fulfilled, we may:

  • Cancel the affected item

  • Contact you regarding a delay

  • Offer an alternative with your consent

  • Issue an appropriate refund

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product, color, voltage, connector, model, or specification without your agreement.

11. Prices and Price Changes

Product prices may change at any time before an order is accepted.

A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted, except where:

  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error

  • The customer agrees to a change

  • A correction is required by law

  • The order is otherwise lawfully canceled and refunded

TinyRacer does not guarantee that a current price will remain available for future purchases.

12. Pricing and Listing Errors

Occasionally, a product may be listed with an incorrect:

If we discover a material error before an order is fulfilled, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

Nothing in this section permits TinyRacer to engage in misleading pricing or remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation confirms that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or shipped.

An order may be reviewed for:

  • Payment authorization

  • Fraud prevention

  • Address accuracy

  • Product availability

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Quantity limitations

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Legal or safety concerns

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, order acceptance generally occurs when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including:

15. Payment

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You authorize applicable charges for the order

  • You will pay all properly disclosed charges

Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may place temporary authorization holds. TinyRacer does not control how long a financial institution maintains a pending authorization.

TinyRacer does not directly store complete payment card information when payment is processed by an authorized payment provider.

16. Taxes, Duties, and Customs Charges

Applicable sales tax or similar transaction tax may be calculated and collected during checkout where required.

For international orders, customers may also be responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Value-added tax

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage fees

  • Inspection charges

  • Other government or carrier charges

Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for reviewing destination-country import requirements before ordering.

17. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping fees, tracking, estimated delivery times, address changes, split shipments, delayed shipments, lost packages, international delivery, and battery transportation restrictions are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe represented at purchase, we will provide applicable delay information and available options, which may include:

  • Agreeing to a revised shipping timeframe

  • Canceling the delayed item or order

  • Receiving a refund for the unshipped item or order

Events outside our reasonable control do not eliminate refund, cancellation, or other rights that apply under mandatory law.

18. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.

Customers should submit cancellation, product-change, or address-change requests as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours after purchase.

A requested change or cancellation is effective only after TinyRacer confirms it in writing.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. Eligible products may instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

19. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, defective product claims, shipping damage claims, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain return instructions before shipping a product back.

Do not send a product to the address printed on the original shipping package unless TinyRacer specifically directs you to use that address.

Products may be fulfilled from different facilities, and the correct return address may differ from the original sender address.

Nothing in these Terms limits a return, refund, replacement, repair, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Manufacturer Instructions and Warranties

Products may include instructions, warnings, or warranties provided by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer information.

A manufacturer warranty, when available, is separate from TinyRacer’s voluntary return policy and may include its own:

  • Registration requirements

  • Time limits

  • Exclusions

  • Troubleshooting procedures

  • Repair process

  • Replacement process

  • Documentation requirements

TinyRacer may assist with manufacturer information where reasonably available.

A manufacturer warranty does not eliminate any non-waivable legal rights the customer may have against TinyRacer.

21. Modifications and Aftermarket Use

Modifying an RC product may affect:

  • Performance

  • Reliability

  • Compatibility

  • Safety

  • Manufacturer warranty

  • Return eligibility

  • Legal use

Modifications include:

  • Cutting or soldering wires

  • Replacing connectors

  • Drilling or trimming body shells

  • Reprogramming electronics

  • Changing voltage or battery type

  • Installing higher-powered motors

  • Altering gearing

  • Changing suspension geometry

  • Combining parts not designed to work together

You accept responsibility for determining whether a modification is safe, lawful, and technically appropriate.

TinyRacer is not responsible for damage resulting from unauthorized, incompatible, improper, or unsafe modifications to the extent permitted by law.

22. Professional and Technical Advice Disclaimer

Product descriptions, compatibility assistance, setup suggestions, troubleshooting information, and customer support communications are provided for general informational purposes.

They are not professional engineering, electrical, mechanical, fire-safety, legal, or regulatory advice.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing manufacturer documentation

  • Confirming technical compatibility

  • Using appropriate tools

  • Following safe installation practices

  • Seeking qualified assistance when necessary

Do not rely on general customer support information where incorrect installation or use could create a significant risk of injury, fire, property damage, or product failure.

23. Independent Suppliers and Fulfillment Providers

TinyRacer may use independent suppliers, warehouses, distributors, payment processors, carriers, and logistics providers to process and fulfill orders.

As a result:

  • Products may ship from different facilities

  • Items from one order may arrive separately

  • Packaging may display information associated with a fulfillment provider

  • Different carriers may be used

The use of an independent service provider does not remove TinyRacer’s obligations under applicable consumer law.

Third-party providers may have separate terms relating to their own services, but those terms do not automatically replace TinyRacer’s published store policies.

24. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may provide access to third-party tools, payment services, tracking services, applications, or website features.

Third-party services may be provided under separate terms and privacy policies.

TinyRacer does not control all aspects of independent third-party services and does not guarantee that every third-party feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Your use of an optional third-party service may be subject to that provider’s terms.

Nothing in this section limits TinyRacer’s responsibility for selecting or using service providers where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

A link does not necessarily mean that TinyRacer:

Nothing in this section requires a consumer to indemnify TinyRacer for claims arising solely from TinyRacer’s acts or omissions where such a requirement would be unlawful or unfair.

38. Recalls and Safety Notices

If you become aware that a purchased product may be subject to a recall, safety warning, or serious defect notice:
