Please do not send complete payment card numbers, account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email. TinyRacer will never ask you to provide your complete card number or account password through customer support.

Product Compatibility Questions

RC parts and accessories may differ according to vehicle brand, model, production version, scale, dimensions, voltage, connector type, mounting pattern, and modifications made to the vehicle.

Before purchasing, please carefully review the product title, description, specifications, measurements, photographs, compatibility information, and manufacturer instructions.

When contacting us about compatibility, provide as much identifying information as possible. Any compatibility assistance is based on the information supplied by the customer and the product information available to us. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed when vehicle details are incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by aftermarket modifications.

Customers should not rely only on product appearance or scale designation when determining compatibility.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an address correction, order change, or cancellation.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Submitting a request does not confirm that the order has been changed or canceled. A change or cancellation is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from TinyRacer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and include:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of the shipping package and label

• A short video when needed to demonstrate an electronic or mechanical issue

Please retain the product, packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and included components until your request has been reviewed.

Do not discard, modify, disassemble, repair, install, operate, or return the product unless instructed to do so, as this may affect our ability to investigate the issue or offer an appropriate resolution.

Battery and Product Safety

RC vehicles, batteries, chargers, motors, tools, and electronic components must be used only in accordance with the product manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, age recommendations, and applicable safety precautions.

Immediately stop using a battery or electronic product if it appears swollen, punctured, leaking, unusually hot, damaged, or otherwise unsafe.

Do not use an incompatible charger, battery, voltage, connector, motor, or electronic component. Do not leave batteries charging unattended, and keep batteries, small parts, tools, and electronic components away from children and pets.

If you believe a product presents a safety concern, stop using it and contact us with your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.

Returns

Do not send a product to the address printed on the original shipping package unless TinyRacer has specifically instructed you to use that address.

Products may be fulfilled from different facilities, and the correct return location may differ from the original sender or shipping address.

Unauthorized returns, returns sent to an incorrect address, and cash-on-delivery shipments may be refused or may not qualify for reimbursement.

Contact us before returning any product and follow the instructions provided by our support team. All return and refund requests remain subject to our posted Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery Questions
