This ramp is best ordered as a Kit or RTR, for the frame only we have a 48\" wide version which is only a few bucks more, if you have the room. Kit and RTR versions come with 2 sheets of 1\/8\" Masonite that is textured for extra grip.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFrame only option lets you pick the deck and save. 2 sheets of 1\/8\" Masonite for normal use is cheap and easy, or 1 sheet of 1\/8\" Lexan for hard bashing. Home Depot has Masonite pre-cut to 2'x4' (24\"x48\") sizes for only $7 ea and they will cut it to size. Search Home Depot for 1\/8 in. x 2 ft. x 4 ft. Tempered Hardboard... Or step up to 1\/8\" Lexan for about $35 here on Amazon, which is stronger but requires holes to be countersunk for the included flat head screws. HDPE \u0026amp; ABS will work, but Lexan is king. Do *NOT* get plexiglass (acrylic).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThree Settings - 40° is a good long kicker (20-40'), 50° high jump launches well over 10' high, 60° angle is great for low to med. speed back flips. Setup only takes a minute and it folds down to 5\" tall. Weighs 15-20 lbs. depending on kit. Ramp is 31\" long when setup, folds to 24\" for transporting.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMade in USA! -- Aluminum frame (also made in USA) is easy to assemble. It takes about 1 hour to assemble frame, drill deck through pilot holes in frame, screw down deck and assemble legs.
